Exhibiting at IROS 2022 is the most cost-effective way for an organization, large or small, to gain exposure in front of the world’s leaders in robotics and automation from academia and industry. The exhibition is closely integrated with the technical program through panel discussions, workshops and tutorials, and social activities for attendees and guests. In conclusion, it would be a unique opportunity to connect with the industry pioneers and attain targeted potential customers.

In addition to the on-site exhibition, the online exhibition option will also be available whether the conference is held in fully virtual (virtual mode) or in-person (on-site mode). The company/partner can choose either the on-site exhibition option or the online exhibition option or both of them. Note that, on-site exhibition registrars will have a benefit of 50% discount in additional online exhibition registration if they choose both of them. This is because the items with * are duplicated between on-site and online sponsorship plans.

All sponsors and exhibitors can choose any of the following items for additional sponsorship. If the conference is held completely online, the additional items will be canceled and refunded.

  speaker’s presentation and signage at the entrance to the session room. 30-second company video is played before plenary.
• Keynote Speaker Sponsor (JPY1,000,000): company logo will appear on the holding slide before the speaker’s presentation and signage at the entrance to the session room. 15-second company video is played before keynote.
• Concurrent Session Sponsor (JPY350,000): company logo will appear on the holding slide before your speaker’s presentation and signage at the entrance to the session room.
• Conference Bag Sponsor (JPY600,000): company logo will appear on conference satchels.
• Lanyards and Name Badges Sponsor (JPY600,000): company logo will appear on conference name badge and conference lanyard.
• Conference Dinner Sponsor (JPY1,200,000): company logo will appear on conference dinner tickets.
• Conference Welcome Reception Sponsor (JPY500,000): company logo will appear on conference welcome
  reception tickets.
• Conference Awards Luncheon Sponsor (JPY250,000): company logo will appear at conference awards luncheon.

Applications require full payment before booths are assigned. Payment in full is required with submission of contract application or on the date indicated on the invoice. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and must be signed by the person whose signature appears on the application form (or their nominee). The deadline will be on June 10, 2022. All the reservations received after this day will not have refund.
