a.    who had tested Covid-positive within past 7 days, 

b.    have been a close contact of a Covid-positive person with in past 7 days, 

c.    if you have Covid-19 symptoms such as fever!  

3.    If the result of your PCR test is positive, you must consent to possibly being hospitalized according to the instructions of public health center.

4.    A re-examination might be required in rare cases.
