To/from the airport

Kyoto can be reached in about 75 minutes from Kansai International Airport (KIX) or 1 hour from Osaka (Itami) International Airport (ITM), making it easily accessible from overseas.

Additionally, Japan’s famous shinkansen bullet trains stop at the transport hub Kyoto Station, facilitating easy domestic travel within Japan.

Getting around in Kyoto

Accommodation

JTB Corp. Western Japan MICE Branch (JTB)  has been appointed as the official travel agent for the Conference and will handle hotel accommodations. JTB has reserved a sufficient number of rooms at the following hotels for the participants during the IROS2022.

Reservation application is scheduled to start after April, 2022.
